Sea Buckthorn
Sea buckthorn oil has been used as a traditional skin treatment for centuries. It's rich in unsaturated fat, antioxidants, phytosterols, carotenoids, and vitamins E and K — all of which function together to protect your skin's integrity and promote its renewal.
Macadamia
Excellent for all skin types and full of potent antioxidants and necessary fatty acids, macadamia oil is a true superfood for your skin. It contains high amounts of palmitoleic acid (22%), a crucial fatty acid that starts reducing in quantity with age.
Squalane
Squalane is a natural oil-soluble ingredient derivated from spanish olives used in skin care for its emollient and moisturizing properties. Squalane is also used for its ability to help ingredients to penetrate the skin better. It gives a nice, light and silky feel to the serum.
Coffee Oil
Upcycled active derived from coffee. Thanks to its abundance of biophenols, essential fatty acids, and diterpene esters, this active ingredient has high antioxidant activity, helps improve the skin barrier, prevents photo-aging, moisturizes, and serves as an SPF booster. Read more on our blogpost.
Vitamin E
Moisturises and Soothes Skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties soothe and nourish irritated, dry skin and give it a natural glow. Scientific studies found vitamin E can help with skin regeneration. It is an anti-oxidant that protects cells against free-radicals and peroxidation of body fats. It can prevent premature aging of the skin induced by UV irradiation and lipid peroxidation.
Grapefruit
Grapefruit essential oil is commonly used both topically and in aromatherapy. Research suggests that using this oil may balance mood, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress. Grapefruit essential oil also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that may help treat various conditions, such as acne among others.
